The Machan Group was established in 1975. In the beginning, steel office desk and furniture were the primary product. The company began to produce tool chest in 1985. Later in 1992, professional tool chest because the mainly product.

Machan focuses not only on innovative designs but also on good craftsmanship. The ISO9002 certification was obtained in 1999. Besides good good design and high quality, the Machan Group has always kept an eye on price competitiveness of its products.

Our company philosophy has a ways been "The customer is king". Good quality and competitive pricing would not be complete if service was neglected. Hence, we listen carefully to our customers needs and we work hard to resolve problems. This has been the successful formula for Machan to retain it's old and to attract new dusters in it's long years of business.


1975/OCT. Established "HONG KONG MANCH STEEL FURNITURE CO., LTD." in Taiwan.
1976/OCT. Established "MACHAN STEEL FURNITURE CO., LTD." in Taichung and the primary product is steel furniture. Mr. CHANG CHIU LOUNG occupied the president.
1980/MAY Established "TUNG CHI PAINTS INDUSTRY CO., LTD."to produce industrial dope and paint.
1981 Steel tool chest with tools be the primary product of the Machan Industry Co., Ltd.
1986 There is second to none in Taiwan in exporting tool chest & cabinet
to U.S.A & Europe.
1988/NOV. Established "JIN HSIANG PLASTIC INDUSTRY CO., LTD."to produce plastic blow molded case and export to U.S.A & Europe.
1990 1990 Set up computer system and established "GENERAL AFFAIRS DIVISION" to help all companies achieve goals.
1991 1991 Mr. CHANG CHIU LOUNG had the honor as a model of National Youth Founders in Business and received a call from the president Li Denghui.
1998 1998 Established "Changzhou Machan Industry Co., Ltd." In China to produce plastic tool box and tool set.
1999 1999 The ISO 9002 certification was obtained and be certificated by the customers.
2002 2002 Expand the business of steel tool box in China in order to exert predominance of Taiwan headquarter and Changzhou branch.
2002 2002 Headquarters and branch companies all established ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to complete the management system.
2003/FEB. Produce, paint and inspection equipment were updated in order to achieve the professional goal.
